ORDERS
We try our best to ship all orders within 24 hours. However, if we are “out of stock” on a particular item and we can obtain that item within 2-3 days we will hold the order and ship when the order is completed. Please allow enough time for us to fill your order completely.
Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
Inspect all merchandise upon arrival.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you did not receive all the items that you ordered, first check the invoice to see that the missing item is not marked “out of stock”. Next check all packing material thoroughly for items that may have been wrapped in packing or settled in shipment.
For damaged merchandise please contact Miles cake and candy supplies for replacement instructions. Please retain all packing material and original packaging including shipping box.
RETURN POLICY:
- All returns must be pre-authorized by customer service between 9:00-4:30, Monday – Friday. If a return has been pre-authorized, it must be returned with-in 14 days of when order was received. All original packaging must accompany item(s) returned.
- There will be no refund on original shipping as well as return shipping.
- Wedding cake tops are NOT refundable.
- Books are NOT refundable.
- NO refunds or exchanges on any food/edible products. This includes (but is not limited to) food colorings and gum paste flowers. Order chocolate and food products during the summer months at your own risk. Chocolate or Coating that is shipped during warm weather may melt. If it has melted into a chunk don’t worry. Simply remelt (see melting instruction) and use.
- There is a 15% restock fee on returned items.
