BEGINNER CAKE DECORATING CLASS

This is a great class for those who are just starting or those who want a review of basic decorating techniques.  This course teaches borders, flowers, figure piping, how to smooth a cake and much more!!!!!!! You will learn all the skills you need to make professional looking cakes, with practice of course. . Also a great refresher course!!!

WRITING & BORDERS WORKSHOP

There is more to writing on cakes than getting the spelling right!

This class will teach different lettering styles, placement, using message presses and more.  You will also learn several new border techniques.  This is a great class for any skill level decorator. Basic decorating experience necessary.

FONDANT (INTRO)

Our Fondant class shares our years of experience so that you will take home a display –cake using your new skills.

You will learn:

….How to prepare a cake; and improve the taste of fondant.

….Different methods of covering a cake & board

Learn what works best for you.

….Many techniques to produce “magazine-style” cakes:

Borders, Flowers, Impressions, Bow and Ribbon.

You will use our equipment but need to purchase Fondant prior to class.

GHOULISH GOODIES WITH KIDS

THIS IS A FUN HANDS-ON CLASS! An updated version of our classic candy class with a Halloween twist!  Kids will create a variety of chocolate confections like monster eyeballs, funny bones, witches knuckles and more deliciously creepy treats! Each session is 1 1/2 hours, adult must be present with children 4-7 years old. All ages welcome.
