FEBRUARY CLASS SCHEDULE 2012

The only way to Gurantee A space in class ---is to pay in full at time of Registration. No exceptions.

For Adult Classes; Minimum age 14 ; fees do apply.

TO GET A REFUND OR CREDIT for cancellations you must contact us during business hours,48 hours prior to class date.  This gives us 48 hours to contact people on our waiting list.

 

Classes start promptly at scheduled start time.  Students must purchase or gather all necessary supplies PRIOR to start of class.

 

 

 

 

BEGINNER CAKE DECORATING CLASS

This is a great class for those who are just starting or those who want a review of basic decorating techniques.  This course teaches borders, flowers, figure piping, how to smooth a cake and much more!!!!! You will learn all the skills you need to make professional looking cakes, with practice of course!!

A “Fun”  Hands-On class as students decorate and assemble a beautiful Cookie Bouquet

to take home.  No experience necessary and supplies are included.

Come to this demonstration to learn some upscale sophisticated but do-able cupcakes.

We show techniques, fillings, flavor combinations and decorating ideas.

CAKE POPS & GOURMET MARSHMALLOWS

Everyone knows about Cake Pops, or Cake Balls, but we “kick it up a notch” with

exciting flavors and decorating ideas.  We make it Gourmet!

OHHHhhhhhhhh,  you will not believe the taste-feel, flavors and colors of Gourmet

Marshmallows. ….Vanilla Bean, Key Lime, Mex Choc, Orange Blossom, etc.   These are not those Industrial types you see in grocery stores.  Think French Candy Shop.  We show a

NO-COOK, no  thermometer way to make these wonderful confections.  gluten-free,  fat free. 

 

 

 

 

VALENTINE’S DAY MEANS

Interested in airbrushing on cakes?? In this hands on class you will learn the basics of airbrushing using our equipment.  This is a great way to try an airbrush before investing in one.
